One of the holiest places on earth. Vaishnodevi in Jammu nestles at an altitude of 5300 ft above sea level. The shrine lies 12 km away from the base camp of Katra. Devotees need to undertake a trek from the Katra to reach the temple.
Pilgrims pay Respect to the godess’ three forms , creative Saraswati, persevering Lakshmi & destructive Kali .The Final approach is by wading through icy water after a 13.5 km mountain climb from katra , itself 45 km from jammu. Millions of pilgrims from different corners of the country and abroad visit this temple every year to offer prayers to the Goddess. Vaishnodevi Temple is one of the most significant Shakti Peeths of Goddess Durga. A holy and lengthy Aarti of the Goddess is performed two times a day in the temple. Darshans are kept on hold during the hours of Aarti.

Day 01: Arrival at Jammu.

Pick up from Jammu Railway Station / Airport to Drive Katra (50.kms 02: hrs).  Arrival at Katra, check in at hotel, rest for the day.

Day 02: Katra

Morning after breakfast trek / horse ride from Katra to Mata Vaishnodevi Darshan (15.kms one way). Back at Katra.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03: Katra- Shivkhori

Morning after breakfast drive from Katra to Shivkhori, Baba Dansar and Naudevi Darshan (95.kms 03:30.hrs). Back to Katra .

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04: Katra- Jammu

Morning after breakfast, check out from Katra Hotel to Jammu Railway Station / Airport Drop (50.kms 02.hrs).
