Have you ever wondered how we all make goals at the beginning of every new year in order to improve our lives , but most of us tend to break them even before they are fulfilled .
Do we ever ask this question “ What is the one thing I can do today to reach my goal?” We all need to just do one thing that is work on them step by step, by taking baby steps.
So, if you have a travel goal, start by defining your trip. Start working on them , remember of “Baby Steps” . It is lot easier to mentally start working on them like saying yourself that I’m going to Italy this year for sure rather than saying I’m going to go to Europe some day. This way you will be able to start planning for your trip….. since now you know what to work towards.
Next step you can plan is by writing all the expenses….. like how much are you spending and where you can actually cut down on unnecessary things and save a lot for your trip to Italy .
This way you can actually help in the SDG i.e Sustainable Development Goals as well by cutting down spending on unnecessary stuff which you don’t really require but just buy it . This way by making a list it will help you understand the small changes you can make that can have a big impact over time.
The more you break down your trip into daily tasks (What’s the one thing you can do today to get you closer to your goal?), the easier it will be to achieve.
So instead of feeling Because instead of feeling overloaded by all the things you need to do, you just have to focus on today’s one task. Do that and your trip planning will become less overwhelming and your travel goals a lot more achievable….
